September allowed us to keep our summer weather and spend lots of time with our Medford cousins! We saw the beginning of a new school year, a busy time with online teaching, the Philadelphia temple Cultural Celebration as well as the Temple Dedication.
These two kiddos LOVE their smoothies.
We also love our playgrounds :)
These two are almost always chasing each other and rough housing. This is a rare little moment.
Sometimes, I really need to get some painting done during the day. In that case, these guys get to paint their own rocks as well. Oddly enough, Jimmie is VERY good at painting and very thorough.
In September, in preparation for the Philly temple dedication, we did a little craft night. We each got to choose a photo of the temple and mount it on a little wooden block. Now we each have a picture of our new temple in our home!

There were a few times that the weather started to feel more like September. That didn't keep us inside!
I wasn't able to make it to the Cultural Celebration, but thankfully, it was broadcast so that I could watch it from home. We didn't manage to take any pictures together on the day of the temple dedication. Mom, Dad, and Grandma all went over to the temple in the earliest session of the dedication. We were able to attend the broadcast later that afternoon.
Sometimes the "greenest" smoothies are the yummiest!
Karsten and Jimmie got together to make some Halloween sugar cookies. They didn't seem to mind that the frosting colors that we had were red and green. Haha!
We love the Dutch Wagon Market! It's about the best place to be on a Friday or Saturday morning with little kids! Get the soft pretzels. You're welcome.
Enjoying the outdoors while the warm weather lasts!
